1. Where are you located?

We are currently living our best lives in Birmingham, Alabama.

 

2. Do you take out of state clients?

Absolutely. Although we reside in Alabama, we love taking on projects all over the world. The best part of our industry is that most of it can be handled remotely.

 

3. How long will my project take?

Great question. Time frames largely depend on two factors - the scope of the project, and you. We operate fairly quickly, but we also don't rush this process. Branding is incrdibly vital to the success of any business, therefore we take it seriously in order for you end up with a final product you are proud of. If you are on a time crunch, reach out to us here and we can give you a better idea on turnaround time.

 

4. What if I can't afford you?

Here's the thing, we truly understand that money can be the deciding factor in whether you hire us or not. Although you might not be able to bring us on for everything, we bet there is something we can partner on that will elevate your brand. Through our Build Your Own menu option, you have the ability to choose individual items and control your cost. At the end of the day we don't want money to get in the way of the wonderful friendship we could have with you. Reach out anyways.

 

5. What platform will my website be built on?

We build all of our website on either Squarespace or Wix.

 

6. Should I pick Squarespace or Wix?

Great question! Both platforms are wonderful and easy to maintain. If you are looking for a website to showcase a product, then Squarespace might be the best option for you. If you are in the market to show off a service, then Wix is perfect for you! 7. Is there a booking fee?

Yes! Due to the nature of our industry and volume of clients, we require a 30 percent deposit for all Refresher and Special Order projects, in order to secure your spot. Submitting a contact form is completely FREE, so don't stress about that. The deposit is only needed before we begin working on your project!

 

8. Do I need to know any code in order to maintain my website after the project is complete?

Not at all! One of the best thing about the platforms we use is that they are incredibly user friendly. No matter if we are building you a completely customized website, or you are receiving a template transfer, you will be fully equipped to maintain the site after the project is finished. We will walk you through a step-by-step website training to make sure you feel confident as you continue killing it in your business. 9. How much will it cost me montly to maintain my website?

If you are new to having an online presence - don't worry! It is actually not as expensive as you might think. Domains typcially cost between $12-$20/per year, and your website platform account will cost less than $30/per month.

 

10. What if I have a quesiton that is not already listed on here?

We know that is bound to happen since we unfortunatley don't know everything. If you have a unique question for us, feel free to fill out a submission form and we will give you our best educated answer.
